Governance

BEDROC is registered as a Trust under the Indian Trust Act. The three trustees—two alumni of the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA), and an alumnus of IIT Delhi—have over 70 person-years of development experience between them.

Governance of BEDROC is vested with the Executive Committee (ExeCom), which is an interdisciplinary group and a superset of the Steering Committee of the NCRC. Members of the Steering Committee include development professionals, administrators, industry representatives, ICT professionals and technology experts.

BEDROC is committed to carrying out its activities with the highest degree of professionalism, transparency and accountability. Information, both operational and financial, on the projects and programmes of BEDROC will be published periodically on this website.

The office-bearers of BEDROC include Mr. V.Vivekanandan, Chair; Mr. Amarnath Raja, Treasurer; and Ms. Annie George, Secretary & Chief Executive Officer.
